What we cover, month by month, and what we don’t. Stated as what is in the file — not as a share of anyone else’s.
What we cover
Seven Indianapolis-metro counties and the municipalities inside them — Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, Boone, Johnson, Hancock and Shelby — including the small towns national feeds skip. Thirty-one municipalities in all.
Four monthly Excel reports:
- New Homes — residential new construction (single-family, townhomes, multi-family)
- Commercial — office, retail, industrial, healthcare, warehouse, mixed-use
- Remodel — residential additions, alterations, basement finish, accessory structures
- Pool — swimming pool, spa, and hot tub permits

What we don’t have yet
- Madison and Morgan counties — inside the metro geographically, not in the file. We do not have a working permit feed for either, so we do not count them as covered.
- Greenwood — not currently ingested. Working on a public-PDF feed; auto-scraper shipped, source publication is irregular.
- Westfield Civicgov4 portal — Lennar @ Ravinia of Westfield subdivision permits are not currently in our feed. Same engineering pattern as Noblesville Tyler.
What's not in scope yet
- School District column — third-party enrichment, on the roadmap
- Owner contact info (phone / email / LinkedIn) — add-on feature, coming 2027
- Sub-hourly daily delivery — current cadence is monthly + weekly digest
