Questions

What's in the New Homes file?

One row per new-home permit: the builder, address, town, subdivision and lot, square feet, units, school district, price and permit date. It comes as one Excel file a month, so you can sort it by builder or town and start calling.

Which towns does it cover?

About 30 towns around Indianapolis, in Marion, Hamilton, Boone, Hendricks, Johnson, Hancock, Shelby and Madison counties. The busiest for new-home permits in September 2026 were Indianapolis, Westfield, Noblesville. The full list is on the coverage page.

How fresh is it?

A new list every month, by the 10th business day, for the month before. We pick up each town's permits the day the town releases them.

Does it include remodels or commercial jobs?

Not in this one. This trial is the New Homes report. Remodel, Commercial and Pool are separate reports at their own price, or All-Access ($199/mo) gets all four.

Can I cancel anytime?
