How fresh is it?
A new list every month, by the 10th business day, for the month before. We pick up each town's permits the day the town releases them.
Does it include new homes or remodels?
Not in this one. This trial is the Commercial report. New Homes, Remodel and Pool are separate reports, or All-Access ($199/mo) gets all four.
