Which counties do you cover?
Indianapolis metro today — 13 counties spanning Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, Hancock, Johnson, Boone, and surrounding municipalities. Charlotte and Nashville coming next per the Phase 2 roadmap. Tell us your metro on signup and we'll prioritize.
How fresh is the data?
Bronze and Silver get monthly Excel reports delivered on the 1st of every month at 6am ET. Gold gets a live dashboard updated daily with the prior day's permits.
Where does the data come from?
Direct from county clerk and municipal building department records — either via subscription forwards from the clerks themselves or via direct portal pulls. Same source the title companies and permit-data resellers use, just delivered without the markup or the dashboard.
Can I see a sample before subscribing?

How accurate is the data?
We pass through whatever the county records say. Permit data is what it is — sometimes the owner field is the LLC, sometimes a contractor stand-in, sometimes a person. We do builder-name normalization (D R HORTON / DR HORTON / DR Horton all roll up to D.R. Horton) so you can sort and call sequences cleanly. We don't invent data, fill in missing fields, or score leads.
What format are the reports?
Native Excel (.xlsx). Branded cover sheet, market summary tab, full permit data tab with auto-filters and frozen panes. Mac users double-clicking get Excel, not Numbers. Gold subscribers also get Excel (.xlsx) export from the live dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in your account, no exit interview, no win-back call. You retain access through the end of your billing period.
Do you really refund if I'm not happy?

Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee. Month-to-month or annual, no contract.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual saves you about 17% across all three tiers ($790/yr Bronze vs $948/yr monthly = $158 saved; $1,490/yr Silver = $298 saved; $2,990/yr Gold = $598 saved). The 90-day outcome guarantee applies to annual too — refunded prorated if you cancel within the first 30 days.
I have multiple trades or counties — should I get one tier per?
No. One subscription covers all your needs at your tier level. If you want county-specific data outside what we currently cover, Enterprise has custom counties on request — join the waitlist.
Can my team share one account?
For Bronze through Gold, the account is per-person — sharing a login works technically but is intended for the original subscriber. Enterprise tier includes multi-seat access with named users. Shoot us a note if you have a small team and want a fair multi-seat price.
Do you offer an API?
Enterprise tier includes API access for integrating permit data into your CRM or marketing automation. Bronze through Gold are file-delivery and dashboard products. Talk to us if you have an API need below Enterprise — we're flexible for early customers.
